I found that fitness pal is a great way to make that happen, I never realized how many calories I was eating until I joined this group. You can do it, everyone is so encouraging. Welcome :)

how did you lose the weight? my goal is to lose 40 lbs by July I need to get motivated and get my but into gear, any suggestions?

I also do insanity, it is the best i love it and i know if i stick to it I will see results. I'm currently 212 and close to the heaviest i have been a year ago i was at 188 and gained it all back, My goal is to be 170 by July 15th. Maybe we can all be buddies..:smile:
