Wheat toast is good, butter is good, egg is good - although I throw away the yoke, and a latte is great! I wouldn't worry about it if it fills you up and keeps you going. If you feel you have to fight back hunger at lunch you might want to add more protein (egg whites).

Don't waste your time on people who can't be supportive - especially when you are trying to do something difficult. Lots of people can tear down but few build up. Keep company with those that can support you and you can support them. Life is much more pleasant when you do!

One thing that I have discovered is that when I stay away from sugars and carbohydrates in the morning, I last much longer in not being hungry throughout the day. Then in the middle of the day I have, to the best of my ability, a balanced meal for lunch. Good luck in maintaining all your results!
