How about Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice meals? They are already prepackaged and portioned right - you just pop them in the microwave and you have a healthy meal : )

For me, I take Sundays off. I do not exercise and I eat what I want in moderation...I still log everything and I usually do go over on calories. Hey, even God rested on the 7th day, lol! :laugh:

I work out on an elliptical and then do another workout dvd-I LOVE Zumba! I also have toning vids and Tae Bo, Pilates, and I use Netflix workouts as well - makes it so I don't get bored! I made the biggest mistake of my life earlier...just decided to jump up and do some jumping jacks. The only bad part was I had my bra OFF! About 10 jumps in I thought my nipples were going to fly off my boobs! Wow!! That really hurt! :sad:
