Today I had half of a chicken breast, a small onion, a garlic clove, 1/4 cup of frozen corn, and a tbsp of ranch dressing :wink: usually I have PB banana toast or egg sandwich and fruit

How do you know she isn't exercising outside of work too? Does she really complain about how far it is all the time or was it a one time comment? I just find this whole thread really .... blergh.

I committed to weight loss and I logged every day from day 1. And I made myself work out until it became a habit and now I love working out. I don't care if I have a bad day, or 3. I don't restrict anything, I just try to stay within my calories while hitting my protein goal. If you really want to succeed, you can.…

Did it offend you that they asked you how you cooked your meal? I'd think that meant they thought it seemed good ? I'm feeling lucky that no one ever cares much what I eat at work. Other than if they think it smells really good they'll say so :wink: Also, loooooooooove potatoes.

IDK my husband's weight goes up and down a lot more from water retention than mine does. But, yes, he can lose fat faster if he tries.

I crave carbs all day long. I eat a lot of carbs, making sure to meet my protein and calorie goals too

I do a little less cardio but I still go to the gym 4 times per week for lifting. You can either eat more or work out less if you are still losing and don't want to.

Some days I'm hungrier than others. Some days I eat like 1600 calories and feel full all day (rare), most days I eat around 1800-2000, some days I need to eat 2400. I eat when I'm hungry.

I reached my goal weight almost a year ago. I'm not at all worried that I'll gain the weight back :smile:
