My TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) is right around 2000, so if I'm maintaining, that's what I eat. If I'm trying to lose, I try for 1600-1800. (that's calories, not net calories)

I've lost 95-ish and I have very minimal loose skin on my tummy, thighs, and arms. It really doesn't bother me at all. Good luck!!!! :bigsmile:

Thanks for the reply. :) I ended up just doing 3 sets of 10 for OHP and lunges, light enough that I didn't feel like it would take much "recovery". And 15 minutes of ClimbMill :devil: Thanks!

I usually have about 20 oz of diet coke per day and I haven't had problems losing weight. And I've maintained my weight for over a year.
