  • That is difficult...divide the amount of time you think is for cardio and then strength. Under cardio go for "high impact aerobics" if that is what it is or "low impact" then go to strength and find push ups, crunches, etc and then your time! See if that works.

  • Make sure you have good running shoes...yes, they do make a big difference! Always carry water and if you can eat some carbs beforehand...I eat a plain bagel and maybe fruit...banana or raisens. Start out slowly...meaning walk first and at a good pace then jog a bit and then go back to walking. A sports watch with a timer…
  • I don't eat alot of meat either just to keep my cholesterol in check. I try to eat fish a couple time s a week and whole grain pastas. Take a look at Kraft Foods.com for a variety of recipes, also, Better Homes and Gardens!

  • I prefer to run in the early morning. Its cooler and there are less people and traffic about. You should choose when it works best for your time schedule. Try different times and see what works!
