I don't have cheat days but if I want to eat something "bad" like a slice of Oreo cookies ice cream cake, I will make sure I stay low on other meals. And I don't feel guilty. I won't do an entire day of "crazy". You should treat yourself once in awhile so you won't binge on stuff.

Hi I eat the steelcut oats that you have to cook stovetop. I always ate the instant kind but then when I saw the sugar and the sodium amounts I made the switch!! I cook a batch, which is one cup of the oatmeal, and I eat a half cup most mornings. I'll add fresh blueberries, raw honey or sugar free perserves to it.

I agree with most everyone here...sun is fine in moderation and with sunscreen!! Get a nice healthy natural glow from the sun and try a sunless tanning lotion if you want more. When you apply the suncreen, don't forget about your neck and ears unless you are wearing a hat. :glasses:

If you are running for a race you would want to fuel up with white carbs. I would eat a whole plain bagel with smart balance spread and some grapes. I'd like to see what your diet is. Your energy levels are low and being a single mom and working full time I can understand that, but maybe you should see your doctor.
