  • Cutting processed sugars will help with weight loss and overall health. Continue to eat fresh fruits for natural sugar. Try frozen yogurts instead of real ice cream! Make sure you always read the labels!!

  • I usually only have time for a 30 minute workout during the week. I do other things to burn calories that are not necessarily a "workout". In the evening I might get some Wii time in as well. On the weekends I like to walk or run. Some time is better than no time!!!

  • I think if you feel good, don't have any headaches or nausea, not losing weight drastically and have an exercise plan...continue doing what you are doing. Everybody is different and their metabolism is different. What works for you may not work for someone else.
  • I tried Greek yogurt but didn't care for the texture or taste. I choose a local brand (Sunnyside Farms) that is fat-free and only 5 to 6 grams of sugar.

  • Stick with it even if you have to modify the exercises to fit your own level of fitness. Remember to ease into it. You don't want to hurt yourself or get too discouraged because you can't keep up. And forget about getting it done in 30 days. I stayed on each level until I felt ready to move on. Hang tough girl!!!!
  • You're right about fruit/natural sugars...try to avoid those "bad" sugars we all love...cakes, cookies, whip cream, ice cream, candy,etc!! Or limit yourself to once a week!!
  • I cook fresh salmon on the stove, low flame and sprinkle with garlic powder and salt-free Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning. I like the skin to get a little crispy! And thats it!!
