I just finished insanity max 30 and was trying to decide if I want to repeat it or try 21 day fix just to mix up the workouts. I was very happy with my results from insanity. I finished the couch to 5k app about a month ago and originally just continued to run with the nike + app and was gradually increasing my runs. Couch to 5K is awesome! It trains you to run a 5K in 9 weeks based on running 3 days per week. I completed this program and am actually doing the second part, 5K-10K now. I did not run at all before I started. It was a very easy progression and I love to run now!
