:flowerforyou: Buying running shorts(very short) and thinking, dang I look pretty sexy in these... Learning to positively encourage myself, instead of pulling out the ol bat and beating myself up. Getting into the Zen of a hard workout, closing my eyes when its tough and getting into the rythym of my body.

I just sighned up today, and I saw this post. The same thing is happening to me! I'm stuck btwn 137-140, my goal is 130. I started jogging about 8 mos ago at 150 lbs, so I am grateful for the loss so far...I have a feeling it has something to do with my grazing habit at work, hmm...
