The peanut spread is absolutely awful!! But I did try the chocolate syrup and was pleasantly surprised.

Try oat bran- it's the same consistency as cream of wheat and less cals

I had paragard for the past 8 years and thought it was great! I don't do well on hormonal bc and wanted a long term option so it was the best route for me. The periods are a bit heavier and cramps suck, but I had that issue before I even got paragard. I just recently had it removed because my we are ttc but later in I will…

I recently tried the walden farms chocolate syrup- I was pleasantly surprised- thought it was pretty good! I have previously tried the peanut spread and a salad dressing and thought those were both completely awful.

Just make the best choices you can- when we eat out I usually order some sort of grilled meat on salad with no dressing and ask for vinegar and lemon on the side. At other get togethers I try to stick with things I know such as fruit and veggie stuff and eat smaller portions of things I don't know exact ingredients of.…

I eat oatmeal or oat bran with protein powder, cinnamon and some cut up fruit on top. This has been my breakfast for years and I never get tired of it

I cook daily for my husband and two boys. It's really not hard to cook healthy yet delicious meals that everyone will like- chicken breasts, lean ground turkey and beef can be perpared in a variety of ways and what I do is just make some extra vegetables for myself if I am making a side dish for them that I choose not to…

I make a dessert that is really good and almost sugar free- it's a no- bake pudding eclair cake- Google it, there are many variations to the recipe but I use sf vanilla pudding, lite cool whip, graham crackers and sf chocolate frosting. I get lots of compliments on it when I make it.

Hamburgers? I would let my dog have it. :)

I use Joseph's flatbread or the Flatout kind for wraps.

I drink green tea almost everyday. I Believe the way it can "help" with dieting or weight loss is that it suppresses appetite some and gives a small boost of energy. On days when I get extra hungry or snacky feeling it helps a lot

I would guess I'm at 18%, but with more muscle definition in upper body than the pic shown

I do both, but on different days. I enjoy running outdoors for the fresh air and atmosphere and freedom I feel, and I enjoy weightlifting because I feel like a strong bad *kitten* from doing it, lol. If you are talking about treadmill running in the gym , then yeah to me that sucks but it's all about when you can get it…

I mix in protein powder and some yogurt, with a bit of Splenda. It is creamy and sweet like pudding and filling also! Sometimes I add peanut butter or pb2 as well

Thank you so much everyone for your responses :) kinda helps clear up some of the confusion =/ Do you guys think TDEE-15% is a bit too low when trying to lose weight ? No I don't think it's too low, that should be about right depending in how much you have to lose. If you have say 20+ lbs to lose or less it's a good…

Weight training is awesome! You can find a lot of info on how to perform exercises online such as exrx.com, YouTube, bodybuilding.com also has some great training program ideas to get you started on the right path.

I would say either slightly active or if you are also doing an exercise regimen I would say active.
-
I would recommend increasing time/ effort into your lifting routine and maybe add walking on your rest/cardio day.

Thanks! :)
