  • I initially did the 5:2 for two years and lost all my weight but about 3 kilos has come back on with bad habits coming back. I'm finding it really hard to get back into it again. Kimothy you said in Michaels recent book he has increased the calories to 800? Which book was it?
  • I love the 5:2 diet it has really enabled me to reach my goals. I too started after watching the documentary in October 2013.   • I found the weight loss was better the longer the gap between food. I am not as disciplined as I was originally but usually have last meal around 6 or 7pm (although sometimes do eat a little after that) and then I skip breakfast and lunch (but not my coffee) and have a meal around 6 or 7pm the next night. opps thought this…
