Yes that's correct..but before I started the diary there have been days where I must have consumed roughly around 1000-1100 calories..no wonder my metabolism is so screwed and I just don't seem to be losing any fat:(

Basically what my husband is saying that he will help me to pick up the barbell...like instead of power rack he will help me in picking it up. Thanx a lot everybody. Going to start strong lifts from tom so gonna watch all the videos on tubule today so that I don't go wrong with the form.Also will buy the book nrolw as I have heard it's really very informative. Thanx once again...you all have been so so helpful
