Finally got started with my prop for my Vampire Knight Yuki Kuran cosplay! :happy: Cut and assembled w/ two layers of gesso. Next is the handle, detailing, and paint.

I think it's ok for people that are lacking skills, or short on time or money. But like Koholint said, they are so expensive, most of the time, and you don't really know what you are getting. Another issue I have is that the vast majority of them are made in China. I don't have anything against the Chinese or anything, but…
