I have endometreosis so TOM is awful for me. I was amazed at how helpful the ginger was and no side effects! I can't take bc because of other health issues. Ginger tea works too if u prefer!

I take ginger supplements esp during TOM and it helps with bloating and cramps (if u get them)! I highly recommend it!

Short term payoff but no longer term results. Very unhealthy. I like MFP because it encourages you to lose weight in a healthy way. Why be skinny if your not healthy? That being said, its your decsion and good luck :)

I use a different core secrets dvd some and I log it as calithenics usually (not sure how to spell that)!!

I love classes but I'm a single mommy and have no babysitter for exercises but I will see if I can swing something! My goal for Saturday is 174

Goal was 175 and I made 175! Didn't think I was going to! Weird week! I also did 2 miles exactly on treadmill and then 2 on bike! Goal for next week is 174! Let's go midwest!!

U can get it at walmart! If cheaper u can buy the gel caps and stick the with a needle and squeeze oil out too!

I understand where ur coming from! Main thing is remember, you didnt gain it in a day and wont lose it in a day! Also weigh weekly, no daily. Makes it nice at the end of a week to see what you have accomplished!!! Feel friend to add me if you want :) Good LUCK!!

With u on this one jen! Sounds like u may not be getting enough calories so ur body is going into starvation mode. U won't lose weight like that. Try to make sure ur staying around 1200 after exercise and everything
