Nothing. It would be too late to eat for proper digestion. A couple of hours earlier I would have had cottage cheese with apple and pineapple and maybe a slice of bread.

Does the scale measure your increased fitness? No. Does the scale tell you you have dropped 2 - 3 dress sizes? No. Does the scale tell you how much fat you have lost and how much muscle you have gained or anything at all about your heath status? No. Ditch the scales and celebrate your achievements.
