  • I teach too, though the kids are much older. I use to have whole grain toast PB and apple butter every morning. Then I developed a wheat problem, so now I have a Fuji Apple cut up with two spoon culls of PB. I guess I take the apple thing seriously.
  • I like Prevention magazine and they have a lot of content online, for FREE. But after a short time, all the magazines seem the same and shallow. You might look into books at the library. I really liked You on A Diet . The original Dr. oz book way before he sold out.
  • Jan 5 -- 30 min Jan 6 -- 30 min -- treadmill at 3.5mph My goal is to get my heart rate up every possible day this week.
