  • Your weight is healthy at the moment and by loosing the extra weight you may be putting your health at risk. I recommend continuing a healthy, active lifestyle but not aiming for such a large weight loss. As you are around 125lb, 1lb(maybe 2lb) a week is healthy.
  • It would be a good idea to slow down for 1 week to 2 weeks, as your body is getting used to your new lifestyle still and your muscles need time to repair. So cut down on the exercise (not completely) but continue eating clean! Also, don't be scared of gaining a couple extra pounds, you'll be able to get rid of it asap!
  • That is an amazing achievement ! Wow! It can take about 3 months on average for people to start noticing a real difference.
