Walk dogs, hike with hubby, gym for 17 min spin, short run and walk, and 10 min elliptical. Everything but weights today!

I definitely want a goal on running. Starting with 25 for the month and I'll see how to gauge for next month, since I also do spin class. Yay!

Yesterday was a tough tough day- hungry (appetite) all day. Consumed way over my caloric goal so, right or wrong, I worked out a LOT to make up for it, which kept me from eating the night away, and countered my mistakes. I love brussel sprouts! I've never pancooked them but I clean, cut in half, toss with olive oil, garlic salt, maybe cumin, and put in oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
