same, about every 3 hours. i have a protein shake right after my workout. i really eat when i'm hungry & stop when i'm full.

what i do is eat nuts! lol almonds, pistachios, etc. 160 cals per serving size usually.

my wal-mart started carrying the peanut butter & i've always wanted to try a walden farm's product & as soon as i opened it... i knew i didn't like it. it smells so gross. & even worse, it taste just like it smells. if that makes sense. i don't taste peanut butter at all. a tsp is literally all that's gone. its a full jar…

OMG i thought i was the only one. i also do the jillian workouts. & the water thing... drink 8+ cups before 5pm...i usually workout at like 6 or 7 & i still yawn like cray.

^ i second that. if you got to a counselor or something i'm sure they'd have a talk with your mom and maybe she'll see that you aren't joking around with this. i know how you feel, i lost 45lbs & gained back more than half because i didn't control my eating patterns.

today 7/29 i'm on day 12, so thats level 2 day 2. i am sore all over again! lol. level 2 is a killer. i've lost 5lbs so far though!
