I'm a vegan and have been for 6 years. I even became one while I was in college! :) It was a lot easier to make the transition than you'd think and I would never go back! I love breakfast but I'm not a fan of any sweet breakfast foods. I make tofu scramble a lot (tofu, kale or spinach, a little nutritional yeast and whatever other veggies I have on hand). My quick go to breakfast is toast with avocado spread on it with a tiny bit of salt.

I'm the same, perhaps worst. I tend to weigh twice a day. Once in the morning and right after work.
