Curries with rice, naan bread and the trimmings. Pizza (still crave them but keep it in check) Pasta, occasionally by the bucketload! Just ate portions too big in all truth, this thing REALLY helps and conditions the mind into thinking what i'm eating!

I've got mine set to 1790 a day but manage to keep it to around the 1400-1600 calories a day. I've been 'told off' by the app a few times for not eating enough If i've only managed 1000 or so, not that it would be a problem as it only happens sporadically. Been using the app since October, doesn't make it feel like i'm on…
