Incredible!!! You've accomplished so much!

WOW. huge difference!! The main difference i see is the crease that leads to your back. I have that same crease. Mine gets significantly deeper as I twist around to take pictures or look in the mirror. In the second pic you look like you're twisting further but the crease looks like its almost gone! Amazing work!! You're…

I feel like you are speaking from inside my mind! Its good to know that there are other people out there struggling with the same "issues." I like all the advice thats been given here. I have lost and gained over the past couple years. I lose when I hold myself accountable and PLAN PLAN PLAN. I gain when i get tired of…

great job! 41 lbs is a big success! it's so wonderful to feel excited about weight loss! i hope you continue to feel that excitement - it can be a great motivator when times get tough. i recently had a bit of a relapse into bad food habits and i think my best "re-motivator" was thinking about how it felt to see the numbers…

Awesome! Thx everybody.

i agree with all of this. take it slow. start by counting your calories. try not to worry about the details but do try to make healthy changes. remember, this is a marathon, not a race. stick with it. if you eat too much, log anyway. if you disappoint yourself, forgive yourself and keep pushing forward. you can do this! :)

Hello! I am aiming to lose 65 lbs - still have 50 something to go. I'm fairly active on site. I blog occasionally and log everyday. MFP has been so helpful for me. I love the positivity and encouragement from the online community. Feel free to send me a request! I would be happy to share journeys with you! :)

Since I started MFP, I've only had one instance where the scale didn't show me a loss.. It was a HUGE motivator for me. I was so frustrated, I went straight home, put on my tennies and went for a jog! It's amazing how different people can be. I think that's what makes it really important for everyone to find what works for…

This happens to me, although I still haven't figured out why. Every time I weigh myself, if I have lost 2 or more pounds, I start eating more. Because of this, I have decided NOT to weigh myself for 2 weeks and skip cheat days/meals completely. I do feel like I benefit from having a cheat meal every now and then (I've been…

I think trying a completely new routine might be exactly what I need. I am a habitual late night eater. It makes sense that if I stop eating earlier in the evening, my body will automatically want to break-fast earlier in the day.

Thanks so much to everyone for the feedback! It's great to know I can do this my own way. :) Also - this was my very first forum post and getting so many replies just makes me feel good!

I am new here too! Just started a couple days ago. I have 2 children - an 8 year old boy and a 15 month old girl. My post partums were polar opposites. With the first I lost more weight than I ever had, with the second I gained more than I ever had. I am looking to lose 65-70 lbs and I'm in it for the long haul. Having…
