I have a mini cockapoo and a retriever. I can only take my retriever on runs/ bike rides. The cockapoo cant keep up, and would rather smell everything:)

I love love love avocados! I eat avocados(everyday), whole eggs, real butter, olive oil... But 2% milk (prefer almond milk)And low fat yogurt. I have lost 45 pounds in 4 1/2 months. All of these are very healthy food..real butter is way more healthy than margarine!!

One day is not going to make or break you. Hopefully this is a lifestyle change eat reasonably everyother day. but on holidays and birthdays enjoy!
