I can't wait until I can run a 5k in under 30 minutes! (right now I can run for maybe 4 minutes without stopping). It's a lofty goal, but I WILL get there one step at a time. :)

I don't really deprive myself (As I'm typing this I'm leaving for a weekly trivia night with friends where I have a beer and usually a fried pickle or two) but I think there's a time and place - if I gave into EVERY taco bell urge I felt I'd never lose any weight, but every now and then it doesn't hurt. :)

Holy accomplishment batman! When I started losing weight, I started applying that attitude to other things in my life, I feel like I can do anything. I hope you know that too!
