I'm 5'4" and a size 10 from 18. I don't know, I think I could get into an 8, but not a six. Partly because I have wide, feminine hips.

When short and over 150lbs, it's good to be flexible. That way, I climb things to get what I want. No asking.

I don't believe it. I can fast for multiple days, not be hungry, and then get right back on it and lose weight. I don't think your body shuts down from lack of food if you're 150 pounds and up. Your body has more than enough to feed off of, therefor doesn't starve.

I've lost 15 pounds already. I've only been at this since August. I've gained so much muscle. But this haunts me all the time.
