I don't put make up on to go to the gym - however I don't take it off before I go to the gym if I have it on from work etc...I don't really think about it too much!

I'm back too - last Jan / Feb / March I lost 33lbs using MFP - then I came off, deleted all my friends on here and 10lbs creeped back on. I want to lose about 70lbs this year, and I don't think I'll be able to do it without the support network that MFP brings! So please add me - it's a great way to motivate each other!

Hi I'm Mandy & also have 70lbs to lose - managed to lose 30lbs on here last year but fell off the wagon and 10lbs of that have creeped back on! So I'm back & not leaving till all 70lbs come off!

Hiya - I'm starting today too!!!! My plan is too do it as many days as I can - with Easter etc coming up lots of family things getting in the way. But I'm going to alternate it between Day 1 - 60 mins cardio then 30DS Day 2 - 20 mins cardio then 30DS Taking measurements etc today too!!!

Hartleys Jelly - Low Calories - 10 calories a pot and SOOOOOOOO sweet - probably full of additives etc....but hits the sweet spot when your craving chocolate!

I work on a rather tight grocery budget - I buy lots of frozen veg and a bag of salad every two days. I also eat lots of eggs, boiled, omlettes etc and buy chicken and mince in big portions and weigh them out into smaller portions and put them in the freezer.

No matter what I wear I come out looking like a drenched sweaty mess who is about to collapse on the floor...and I've still got chatted up like that! But I do try and take the make up off, so as I sweat it doesn't get stuck in my pores and make my spotty!

So my weekly exercise plan is to alternate between the two days below because I need to do lots of cardio to get the heart rate up and dropping these pounds :) Day 1AM - 60 mins of Cardio Day 1 PM - 30DS Day 2 AM - 20 Mins of Cardio / Strength Training Day 2PM - 30DS

I have a friend on here who works in a pub a couple of hours a week, and she counts that as exercise - but she divides the number of hours by half. So if she works 6 hours - she puts it down as 3 hours walking at 3.mph - as your still burning calories!!!
