I'm at 204lbs - so 5lbs away, hoping to make it there within the next 2 - 3 weeks! I don't think I've ever weighed under 200lbs in my adult life, so I'm excited!

97. Before you've left the gym, you spend an extra few minutes slowly pedaling on the bike to log the calories burned during that session- even if it does give up a few less minutes to get showered and changed.

I eat breakfast at work at my desk - so want something quick and easy. I usually go with greek yoghurt and fruit. Greek yoghurt is a great source of protein!

Heya, Just sent you a friend request - I'm on here all the time, and the only way I'm doing this is with support from other MFP friends - supporting each other. We can do this. X

I don't really eat my exercise calories (unless I've done a mammouth workout of 1000 cal +, which is rare), so I don't pre-eat the calories before the workout. I guess the motivation from my friends help with the likes, as I actually do them. I pre-log my food too, MFP has kind of become my meal planner

I fell off the wagon on Tuesday evening and binged - but instead of wallowing in self pity for the rest of the week (like I used too)- I logged everything, and jumped back into my exercise routine on Wednesday am (6am Body Pump!).

Just sending you a friend request now. I started with just under 100lbs to lose, I'm 37lbs in and 60 something to go - the motivation and support of friends on here has been one of the biggest helps! We can do this :)
-
Just sent you a friend request, I have just under 100lbs to lose in total, 37lbs down, 60 something pounds to go!
-
I'll add you! We'll keep each other accountable :)
-
Awesome, very motivational and such a lovely story! Congratulations :)
-
Hey, I'm always looking for more supportive and motivation - really helps with the process (I've done it on my own before). Sending you a request now!
-
Woke up at 6am and went to a morning Body Pump class without even thinking about it, or missing my bed - but enjoying it and feeling stronger. NSV - looking forward to exercise, not dreading it.

Have you been eating a lot of spinach lately? If so, probably that?
-
Hey, sending you a request now. I update daily and can do with as much motivation as possible!
-
YAY well done!
-
Heya, Welcome - I've got about 50lbs more to lose, lost the first 35lbs with hard work, determination and lots and lots of support from the people on here! Sending you a request now!
-
Hey, Just saw your post in the forums - I'm keen to join, I want to lose 8lbs in 5 weeks and need the motivation. Challenge Accepted :-). X
-
I joined back last week - looking to shift the last 50lbs, add me!
-
Yes me too - add me. I've already lost 35lbs, got 57lbs more to go - really want to get there by the end of the year! It's a tough, but we can do it!
-
Thanks for the advice guys. Looks like I'm going to be working on the upper body with weights - unfortunately my gym doesn't have a hand bike :(.

Your 'culture' and 'craziness' fascinate me every day. Definitely the home of the brave, with that combo!

Is this what people eat in the USA?
-
Don't get me wrong, I love chicken in many different forms....but I also crave variety (it is the spice of life); so I'd need to mix up some other meats in there too (turkey, lean steaks etc)
-
I'd get really sick of chicken then...
-
Ohhhhh. I live in the UK, so PB in any more isn't that popular.
-
My Personal Trainer has suggested this because I'm an 'endomorph' - so 50% protein is what I'm going to try and it's bloody hard. Not eating processed because I'm basically a wannabe hippie....trying to keep it natural, plus I have pretty bad stomach issues, so keeping away from all the 'extra' stuff that I don't really…
-
188grams - that's at 1500 calories a day.
-
This sounds awesome - thank you! I'll try this later this week.
