What's PB2?
-
Isn't that what the forum in general are about?
-
ooo I think I'd like to do this - I've been 'dabbling' in the weight section for a while; so this might give me the structure (and hopefully results) I need! I'm in :-)
-
I'm in! Start weight - 243lbs Current weight - 209lbs (weighed in today) Lost - 34lbs Would love to make it to 190lbs for Christmas, and have a total of 54lbs lost!

'one day at a time'

I re-started last week, because even when I try on my own, I only really manage to lose and keep it off with MFP and the support system it provides. I'll add you - so we can support each other X
-
Oh nooooo - wish I didn't live on the other side of the country!
-
I'm not new...but starting again (hopefully for the last time). 77lbs to go - we can do this if we all motivate each other :)
-
Hello!! 25, 77lbs to lose - want to get there by May 2014 (holiday to Cuba); it's going to be tough, but looking for lots of motivation and support :). I'll add you.
-
Just sent you a request, I've got a long journey ahead of me and need friends and motivation :-)

No idea - however I love these too, and are my indian 'takeaway' of choice. I'm eagerly waiting a response also.

When I first got my elliptical I only managed 15 mins, then after 2 weeks I would push to add 5 more minutes - that was 2 years ago. Now I can do 2 hours (though I mostly do one hour, about 3-4 times a week). It's all about slowly pushing the time up and gently pushing yourself. You can do it :-)

Goal for this week is - 6 workouts, keep it clean and healthy on the weekend too (even though I've got a party to go to on Saturday night, and lots of football watching).
-
Pretty good - managed to keep it healthy this weekend, and make smarter choices (the weekends for me are the hardest). Only got 3 work outs in last week, but aiming for 6 this week. How's everyone else doing?
-
Mine are: 1 - be healthy and make smart choices on the weekend. 2 - Keep it healthy 7 days a week 3 - Train 6 days a week

I'm in! I love Football and the semi-finals is the day after my birthday. I have a personal goal of reaching onder-land (199lbs) by that date too - I'm 15lbs away, so its going to be a lot of hard work. My biggest problem is most of the England games I'll probably watch at the pub, going to be a bit hard to do Squats, push…

Weekends and socializing - mainly because I was ashamed of the fact that I was losing weight, so around friends I was just eat like I use too; then I would get depressed about going over my calorie allowance, and emotionally binge. To break this; I've let people know I'm losing weight. Not hide it from others - and…

Awesome - I'm at the same weight you were at your start weight and hoping to get 50lbs down by the end of the year, this is super inspirational!
-
Me too - motivation is key, I'm pretty motivated at the moment, but I know on a down day I'll definitely need a pick me up! So feel free to add me.

I was a huge breakfast person, but now I opt for Branflakes mixed in with a yoghurt Monday - Friday and then on the weekend I merge it into Brunch; so can have eggs, toast, bacon etc as I have 2 meals worth of calories to use up.
-
My Feb goals are: Log EVERYTHING on MFP Burn 500 calories a day Lose 4kg (8.8lbs) Hopefully the first two will make the last one easy!
-
At least I'm not the only one. 1200 calories a day helped me lose my first 20lbs or so, but I was so tired all the time and easily fell off the wagon - then I plateau and wasn't losing any. I'm back and eating healthy, exercising often and not obsessing over calories - using MFP to keep a track of what I am eating and…

I'm back too :) - sent you a request. I lost my 28lbs on here before - put 5lbs back on when I got off the site and now I'm back :) I've not watched the video yet, as I'm at work - but will do when I get home.

Squat Squat and more Squats

I'm taking up 2 early morning workouts a week and reading a book (not the paper or the message boards) for at least half an hour everyday.
-
I'm on a 100lb journey - 27lbs down...so 73lbs to go!!! We can do it! Feel free to add me :)

When I was at my heaviest I thought of weightloss surgery, but I didn't go down that route but took the following advice: 1 - The Key is wanting it bad enough, then the willpower will follow. 2 - No one said it was easy and you have to take one day at a time - eventually a week will past by and you'll start to see the…

I'm from Oxford & just sent you a friend request!
