My Best friend is getting married on the 27th, so I'd be in no state to run on the 28th!

I choose Run to the Beat because of the date, I'm doing a Degree and my End of year exams are at the start of October, so I thought finishing my academic year with a half marathon would be amazing ( plus I listen to pod casts whilst running as a form of revision). But I'm based in Oxford, so if there are any runs in the…

I pre log my food (especially breakfast and lunch) a week in advance, then I know what to buy when I go to the supermarket - it's basically planning my meals for me. I pre log dinner too, but sometimes things change and I then alter / delete it. I can also work out my calorie intake each day. I pre log exercise at the…

I'm a size 18/20 on the hips and 14/16 on top and I weigh 100kg at the moment. My start weight was 117kg and I was a size 20/22 on top and 24 bottom (though I refused to buy clothes in size 24 and just stretch my size 18 legging). My ideal weight is 65kg and I'm hoping that will take me to a size 10/12.....but it's a long…

Thanks for the info guys. Going to only do sit ups 2-3 times a week. I think I need to make a table of what days I work what muscles.

I'd go for the single flower, so it doesn't look like your trying to hard, but she knows you've been thinking about her. Good Luck!

you don't need to go to a Gym to exercise! How about some workout dvds when the kids have gone to bed? Or taking the kids for walks in the parks after school? I workout on the Xbox every day and doing sit ups / lunges/ squats etc too...takes about an hour and all down in the comfort of my living room. I think you can lose…

If I weigh myself on my scales on Carpet I'm 28lbs heavier than when I weigh myself on the tiles....and not just me, everyone who gets on my scales on carpet is heavier. So I weight myself every week at the same time on the same tile in my kitchen with the same scales. The Scales at my doctors say I weigh 2lbs more....but…

Don't let it get you down, just start again! I fill in my food diary a day before, as I plan what I'm going to eat- and then I try and stick to it / or at least know how many calories I have left / can play about with. I might get a take away on Friday, but if I do I'm going to exercise really hard + cut back on the…
