  • Saving for later..
  • YES YES YES!! Go Red Wings!!
  • I also use unsweetened Almond Milk. I can't do cow milk, it's too rough on my stomach.
  • Love it! I would recommend it to anyone! It's definitely not like pasta, but I think people say it is because it's just as good.
  • I like bikes, summertime, and the beautiful state of Michigan.
  • After I took one day off, I thought it was okay to keep doing it. I gained 10lbs and now I'm struggling. I started new today and am hoping to keep at it again.
  • My favorite: Frozen Banana Scoop of Chocolate Whey protein Almond Milk - unsweetened (maybe a cup, I don't measure, just pour until it can all blend smoothly) Peanut Butter If I don't have enough calories I will get rid of either the whey protein or the PB. I've never tried it with regular milk, because regular milk makes…
  • Datsyuk of course, but my close 2nd is Helm. He's such a hard working player!
  • I forgot to mention - I peel and chop the banana the night before, and freeze it. In my opinion this smoothie is best very cold!
  • My favorite smoothies are just banana, almond milk and peanut butter. Depending on how many calories I want to use, I might add chocolate whey protein to it, or just substitute the peanut butter for the chocolate whey protein. Either way it's delicious and keeps me full for a few hours.
  • What about keeping up energy to work out? Is it okay to work out if I'm low on carbs, or should I up them for hard work out days?
  • Wow you guys, tons of great feedback already! I love these recipe ideas. I feel a bit overwhelmed because I'm such a carb lover and I'm starting from scratch. I've never counted before so I feel like I have to go over everything in my kitchen and see whats what. :-)
  • I really would like to continue with the next group.. I just feel bad because I don't post a ton. But I love the extra encouragement from everyone! It really helps!
  • It went well. She manipulated my back, and apparently put everything back where it's suppose to be. I've had back pain since, but nothing as bad as it was. I just did 30 Day Shred Level 1 yesterday, and hopefully I can work my way up to level 2 again soon.
  • I feel that this next week is do or die time. There's so many showers/wedding/games/activites planned the next couple months, I need to relearn how to control myself. My metabolism has kept up and I'm only up 2lbs above my very lowest weight... after a month of not exercising or counting calories I couldn't believe it. I'm…
  • Not much for weekend goals food wise. I have date night tonight with my husband, then a wedding in Detroit tomorrow night (open bar... ugh..). However all is not lost yet! I WILL work out everyday this weekend! That is my goal, I will find time to work out because I ALWAYS feel better after a workout and I deserve it.
  • I go to the doctor tomorrow to learn more about my back issue. I have muscle spasms across what seems like my whole back and my doctor wants me to stop 30 day shred while she works on it the next couple weeks. I'm going to take this as an opportunity to get back on the C25K program and focus on my running/jogging. They…
  • Congrats!! I haven't been out to Niagara Falls in years, have a great time, you deserve it!
  • Just dropping in saying I haven't forgotten about you ladies. Keep up the hard work, I'm struggling right now trying to get back in the game. Just pretty stressful lately, and lots of bad days at work in a row. Blah. Hoping tonight I can get a good nights sleep and feel recharged tomorrow.I work 16 hours Sunday, and have…
  • Hello hotties! I've been MIA lately, but had a great weekend up north with Lindsay and our friends. Didn't work out and I ate/drank too much, but I had a blast!! As always, thank you Robin for the map! Time for me to increase the calorie burns and help us get a move on! I have a lot of catching up to do on the board, but I…
  • This is such a great work out!! I'm mixing mind in with jogging/walking on the treadmill right now. Now matter how I feel going into the workout, I end it feeling awesome! You'll really start to see a difference after the first few days. Jillian is amazing. :-)

  • HRM seems to be working right today. Calorie burn for the week is 993. Yikes.
  • By any chance does anyone have a Polar Ftt7 HRM?? I put mine on today and it read my resting heart rate at 180bpm. I can't figure this out and not sure how to fix it. I checked and all the settings are in right, just not quite sure whats going on with it. :-(
  • Lorraine - I LOVE 30DS. Right now I'm mixing it in with other cardio (treadmill, other DVDs, etc). I know you'll love it, let us know how it goes! Linds - You'll have to show me your binder tomorrow! I'm officially declaring myself at a plateau. I've been around the same 2lbs since June. I just can't seem to break it, I'm…

  • Great work for all the ladies who lost this week! I'm skipping the scale for ONE WEEK. Wish me luck, I'm one of those who check every day. Question: Why do people feel food and alcohol are great gifts?? Every day of vacation I was offered free food AND alcohol. Every single day!! Every one knew I was trying to lose weight…
