I deal with that everyday! I work at a hotel where I get a free meal each day, working mornings that would be breakfast. The breakfast menu is giant; eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, corned beef hash, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, etc... pretty much whatever I want. I record it by the # of calories my treadmill says and just list it under "treadmill." On my days off I'll walk on my treadmill (with an incline) or do a video like 30 Day Shred. Now that the weather is nicer I plan to go for longer walks outside or bike rides.

Just completed week 4 day 2 this morning. I can't believe I've been able to keep up with it, I absolutely love C25K and I've never been a runner.

Day 1 was yesterday and went alot better than I thought it would!! I'm just going to have my days be W, F, Su. I actually really enjoyed it already. I cant wait for it to get warmer outside so I can get my dog trained to run next to me. She'd love it. :-)

This is going to be a tough 9 weeks! I've never been a runner either. Does anyone have any advice or tips before we start this? :smile:
