Sounds like something I'll try on my kids. Thats the true test. I like the idea of the bananas instead of sweetner. I'll let you know how it goes.:bigsmile:

Asparagus is my favorite veggie. I cook it on the grill, in the fry pan or sometimes just steam it lightly. Like most I don't like it mushy. Then just add lemon juice ( for me that is the key) and a little salt. Wala, delicious and good for you.

Most everyday I have the same issue. I struggle but when I do accomplish going to bed without eating junk after 7:30pm I feel 10 pounds lighter in the morning. My kids and I love grilled salmon and veggies. Just put the salmon in tin foil and sprinkle with Emerils steak seasoning, cover and grill. Serve with what ever veggies you.
