  • Congratulations! I do agree Myfitnesspal is awesome. Not only has it helped me keep track of my calorie count, it directs me into not eating certain foods.   • I concur with the comments people have already posted in planning ur day in advance. Review the daily logging of food in the evening...see where u need to cut down or just drop.
