P90X is a good workout that breaks it up each day but also gives you a full body workout.

Every time I go to the bathroom, which is a lot because of the copious amounts of H2O I drink! I do pushups on the sink...Sets of 10 (each one takes about 30 seconds) Wide arms, normal, and close together. I have also heard of people doing things like wall squats and such.

I agree I love P90X as well...it is what I started out with and suggest. But, if you don't want to buy anything except the videos Insanity is amazing and you don't do any weights it is all with your body weight.
