It's encouraging to hear that I'm not the only one experiencing a plateau. I've only lost six pounds so far and this is my second time on a two or more week plateau. I too find it very frustrating, especially when I know I'm doing all I can to make it happen. I don't think there is a single correct answer for anyone.…

Yep, circuit training... I think that comes closest. Great workout!

I looked it up online and figure about 230 for a session.

Take it one day at a time and count every little success!

I once lost 2 pounds in 20 minutes of yoga. I only use it as a comparison tool. I'd suggest a bathroom scale as well.

Highly motivational. Thanks for taking the time to share all these. If I ever need one more reason to get off my butt.... I'll just re read.

I find apples far more satisfying, but do enjoy a sweet orange.

Motivational - thanks for sharing!

I really enjoy it. I especially like the yoga. Now I'm doing Wii Zumba and the yoga when I can, but there's lots on there that really gets my heartrate up.

Very impressive! Good for you. And I admire your willingness to share!

I'm right there with you. I feel like I put the weight on so fast, and now it should come off fast and I should be in shape, but I'm not 18 anymore! I sympathize, but I believe we'll get there.

I'm not under 1200 calories - I'm under my net calories (eating + exercising). I'm not starving - trust me :). Also, I drink lots of water... 12 cups already today. I seem to have a really hard time losing weight, and it is very frustrating. I appreciate the responses though... keep them coming.

I have found that the more water I drink, the more water I crave. Plus it helps me eat less, so that's motivation. I keep my water with me almost all the time and sip constantly. I think you have to work up to it, but constant sipping beats constant munching for me.

Started Tae Kwon Do last June and love it. Haven't seen any weight loss from it, but I do feel stronger and more fit because of it. I think it is important to do something that is fun, otherwise I burn out way too quickly!

I was thinking the exact same thing!! I can't help you with your question, but I sure do appreciate you sharing the information!!
