I recently got back on track as well. I've been doing alot more veggies all around with some fruits and lots of water. I do find I still crave sweets, bad. I've been belly dancing for about 12 years now. I am by far no professional, but I will say, it is the only exercise I have really stuck with. I've tried other dance or aerobic classes, but I've always gone back to belly dance. What I find in belly dancing is a sisterhood of supportive women that helps keep me going.

VERY well said, though I have to disagree. It is not the most common mistake "women" make, but is it the most common mistake "PEOPLE" make. Unfortunately, it is women that seem to make a bigger deal AND marketing ads out there seem to gear to a higher percentage of a female audience. That women "should" be a certain way.…
