If you are not allergic to peanuts than you can have one of my favorites, "Peanuts and Dried Cranberries." Or peanut butter and (any type of) apple. I'm not overly fond of Dr. Oz but what he said doesn't make sense. And I'm not doctor but I do know that you need to burn more than take in. While being on a 1,200 calorie diet isn't for everyone nor is it easy. Just cutting down to that number doesn't mean you will lose the weight. One can eat 1,200 calories of junk food…
