Hiya! Totally opposite to the rather handsome gent that posted above. I'm new to trying a Low Carb High Fat based lifestyle. Its going pretty awesome so far. I am however a part of the 'exception' though as I don't log to calorie count, but just to keep track of what I'm eating. I'm 25, UK based & looking to loose my last…

I'm UK based, though I have a feeling my journey may be frustrating to you as we are on completely different chapters. Having said that - there seems to be very few of us around here!

Hiya! I'm 25 and based in the UK. I'm 5"8 & just under 200lbs (88kg) - looking to get down to 165lbs (74kg). I'm quite active on my account and very supportive. It's not my first time back on MFP but I am hoping it will turn from a weight-loss helper to a maintaining one. Feel free to add!! :) *

Im 5ft8 & I started this week at 194 after having peeked at 200lbs for the first time in my life a couple of weeks ago & hoping to get down to 165 by August. I'm open to invitations & believe support is 2 way street. I'm no guru on health or fitness, but I am always honest about when I do and don't have advice on a…

Thats exactly what I found appealing about diet chef - the portion control. When I went back to 'normal' eating I was pleasantly surprised at how much I USE to eat vs how much I can eat now. Diet chef dinners could fit into my breakfast bowl so that was what I had it in - esp things where there were sauces involved. I…

Hello! 24 year old South African living in London & on a mission to loose about 20lbs. Its not much but I plan on doing it over a period of time vs rushing it off. Anyone that wants to be a friend or needs one is more than welcome to add me :) :flowerforyou:

So I get that bumping my own post may seem vain but I had a woman add me today because she saw this & I can only imagine how much she must have scrolled through to get to it. I've just completed my first week & have loved finding people along the way that are also working with the Diet Chef plan. If there is anyone else…

Thank You! :flowerforyou: Haha! I thought that as well! Bought some of the protein bars & the pasta as well to change it up  What I don't mention in the post but I touch on in my profile is that I am doing diet chef for the portion control. On a day to day basis I don't heat unhealthy foods but I wouldn't think much…

24 since last week and my birthday present to myself is to be healthy & confident at 25! I have about 10/12 kg to loose & I'm an active UK based MFP user so feel free to add if you wanna virtually hang out and chit chat about the health and fitness aspects of your day. Or anything else - I'm open to not JUST talking about…

Lol Tell me about it Shropshire1959! BUT - Between lunches at work (that im terrible at planning ahead for so purchase) & ingredients for dinners at home (that costs me roughly £40 pw) I'm not exactly out of pocket either :) So bacon & eggs will take a back-seat while I enjoy oats & muesli!

As otter090812 mentions - The UK one is based on supplying you with around 900 calories in a breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner and gives you 300 calories to 'bulk out' your meals with yogurts / salads / veggies etc :)
