  • I’ve lost almost 50lbs. I started CrossFit in September and have seen the most changes since then. I go at least 3 days a week. That’s it! My diet isn’t the best but I still try to keep it under 1500 calories. I’m planning on doing a clean out with my diet this week to jumpstart the plateau I’ve gotten into.

  • Oh I definitely feel the strain in my lower abs. They were pretty much torn apart through 3 c-sections. I am SO happy I have my 3 babies and I am DONE with being pregnant! I feel like now I can finally concentrate on loosing weight and it wont be ruined with another pregnancy!

  • You can add me too! I just had my 2nd little one 6 weeks ago and I still have all the weight I put on with my first! I want to get in shape before I go for baby #3! No more obese pregnancies! I have a 2 1/2 year old little girl and a 6 week baby boy. I have about 80 lbs to loose! Just started today!
