I think #1 looks the best although #2 is a close second.

Realistic. Not because your original goal was out-there but because of the undue stress you are putting on yourself. Stick with the closer goal and then re-evaluate when you get here. Perhaps when you reach your first goal you will be happy or maybe you'll want to tone for a few weeks and then continue on to your original…

Wow! Definitely put me on this bandwagon. I'm 5'7" as well and would love more twins of similar profiles.

Her No More Trouble Zones is my favorite!

Done! I wanted those gosh darn chicken tenders either way. Now if I knew there was outback bread and their delicious caesar salad that would have been a different story.... otherwise chicken tenders have my heart every time no matter if I must exercise more! (I don't get to eat out much  )

As long as none of My friends tell me to put down the spoon when I close my diary with ice cream for the third day in a row then everything will be ok. Simply put I'm not here for people to judge me I'm here to be motivated and inspired by everyone's fitness journey. I don't want to be critiqued by other people's…

I eat every one of them back.

I have mine set to 1 pound a week but have had at least one or two days a week that I go majorly over. I tend to be at or a little over my net the other days, never under! I also eat back every one of my exercise calories but have my mode set on sedentary. This has led to about 1 pound a week weight loss the past few…

So legs separated makes them easier? That might be a good way for me to ease into them, thanks!! I'm eventually trying to be able to do 18 real push-ups in order to meet a challenge by my dad. Tough stuff.

I have a Polar F6 and love it. The waterproof is nice for when I'm swimming, washing my hands/face, or even just now when I was out by my dock (wearing it as a watch) and wanted to hose it down. You can also feel free to track your calories while gardening, or doing other outside chores, and then rinse yourself down…

Make sure I exercise enough so I can not only get foods I enjoy but I can eat all day. The feeling of being able to 'eat whenever I want' is comforting to my urges. . I also have my food day split into more categories to ensure lots of snacking aka "Breakfast, Midmorning Snack, Lunch, Afternoon Snack, Dinner, Late Night…

I am Gryffindor as well!

Yes, I eat them all back. I love food. Yes.

My current weight, as of 7/8, is 129. I met my goal. I believe I met my goal because: Lots of exercise to force myself to stick under my daily calorie allotment. My goal for next week is to lose 1 lbs. This week I am going to focus on: paying for my cheats (such as last night!) to try and keep my weekly net calorie goal on…

I had forgotten all about it! During Jillian Micheal's push up sections I always switch to girl, my shoulders get real manly and overly defined real quick! I will get on those girl push ups though and will be sure to label them as such so as to continued to be inspired by you all. You guys are motivating! Trying to figure…

I'm in! I already track minutes as it's a great way to highlight the exercise. This month I'm aiming for 600 minutes a week. Ticker up and ready! Now this is the motivation I need to put in today's minutes

My current weight (as of 7/5) is 130. My goal for this week is to lose 1 lbs. This week I am going to focus on: not giving in to un-logged late night snacking temptations.

I've had jaw surgery! How invasive is it and what kind of recovery did they tell you? It's really going to depend that! Essentially they were trying to shorten my gums (my removing slivers) so I could properly close my mouth. I was in the hospital for almost a week though they had told me shorter! Nothing was wired shut…

My weight went up right before the first weigh in. Happy to see it close to back to where I had it before.

Week 2 measurements Thighs: 41.5 inches (this number was doubled) Arm: 19 (doubled) Waist: 26.75 inches Hips: 36.75 inches Chest: 29 inches Inches Lost: .5 inch Oops! Look like I made a slight error in my thigh doubling before. I meant to type 41.5 not 43.5. Fixed now.

When I counted in what I would normally be burning during that time my body revolted as it was too low. Not sure how to really approach it. Edit: I use a Polar HRM.
