I find I drink more water when I don't drink from a clear glass or bottle. I like using coffee travel mugs with lids.

Just started using this machine this week and have been on it twice. Was interesting at first as I was unsure of how it worked. But once I got into it I loved it. I went on the website and printed out the AMT for Beginners Workout Program and it starts you off slowly.
