Slice a trench down the middle and put a little butter and garlic then tie it back together with cooking twine then grill. Melt in your mouth delicious. Make sure to get it to 165 degrees.

A lb a day is a ton of weight. Once your weight loss stabilizes (after a usually a burst as you lose water weight in the very beginning) you can expect .5-2lb per WEEK loss.

A 6ish. I was a 6-8P at my thinnest and happy there. I started at a 16 with losing and at a 14P now.

Mine is SO much better after a year of eating well. I notice when I eat crap food more than a couple times it comes back. More motivation to eat right.

Condiments. We camp a lot I hate bring a whole thing of Ketchup or Mustard for the 2-3 days we are gone. So I always stock up at fast food places whenever I can!

Also, "W" sizes are usually cut a standard 4 inches larger than without the W. (Which is about 2-3 Sizes larger)

I work in the fashion industry. Clothing PLUS Size starts at 16 for most designers/manufacturers. Model PLUS size is usually a size 10-12 girl (and she's 5'10)

I love my bras from when I was horse back riding (jumping fences). I get them at Horsetown, brand called Karrots. They seriously support the ladies. (Flattens them more than a bit since it helps to be flatter when wearing the hunt seat get up, but definitely keeps them from bouncing and hurting!~)

I was really fit and did 45-60 mins of the elliptical at least once a day. It's been 5 years since then and now I can get like 10 mins before I feel like I'm going to die. Keep going...it gets easier as you get stronger!
