I have PCOS also. Was diagnosed 2 years ago and my weight is always up and down. Recently I put on a lot of weight and struggling to lose it. I just started Metformin 2 days ago but it wasn't for weight loss, it is for other reasons. Pcos sucks. Feel free to add me and we can encourage each other.

No, cause I don't make a living off this. If I did I would have put up a website and have it plastered all over my wall and Facebook yadda yadda. I just think everyone in here calling it a scheme and so on should do a bit more research or have some backbone in the argument and try it. The blanket statements are old.

Thank you for that article, It helped me understand a lot! My weight has changed a little. I lost 12lbs, but it takes a LOT of hard working out to get my heart rate up to my max and to keep it there. I try to keep it at 171 and its a struggle. before I would have a hard time keeping it down, so I guess Im just getting in…

Thanks! It is a challenge to do, but when I started it, I was not in shape at all. I do it at my pace and I still get results. I do it at home and all you need is a tv and dvd player :) If your interested in it, let me know and Ill give you my coaches name. She is awesome!

Thanks! Honestly I have a hard time keeping up. Say for every 40 push ups they do I do like 10. You do it at your pace and you still get the results. I love it =) I am going to start another round in June!

Ill probably just do like you said and do what I can and check heart rate on short breaks. I will be finishing soon and when I start round 2 I hope to be able to do more and go for longer. THanks for the advice!!

My 3 kids ages 2,3,6 eat what I do. If they are not taught at a young age to eat healthy they will not want to eat healthy when they are older. If they don't like what I fix, they eat it anyway. I think you will be fine after recovery week, but month 2 is no joke... but he says not to keep up with the people, do things at your pace and push your self to acheive your maximum results. I think you will be fine. However.... I am SORE. Icyhot and advil and hot baths have been my best friends today;

I am on week 6 and i have not lost a pound, infact, I gained 4. BUT I took before and progress pictures and there are BIG changes. I would take pictures!!! Stick with it!!!

I started with the 30DS and couldn't do it because I got bored with it. I am starting month 2 of Insanity tomorrow and I have pretty good results. I posted a thread with my pictures in it on Friday.
