This is a good month for me, I'm surprised though because I have not been working out because we have had a house guest. Hope it's not muscle weight I'm losing. :/

Has anyone been on their journey and lost a good amount of weight and hit a number they haven't been at in years?? My goal for March is 158. I have not seen that in over 12 years.
