    It was still a loss for the month overall, but I'm disappointed I didn't lose more. I don't have my hopes up for much loss for next month either, as all the gyms, pools, etc are all closed and as I have asthma and hypothyroidism I'm in the higher risk category and needing to self-isolate as much as possible (which in itself isn't a problem as I typically do that on the regular anyway).

    Good luck to everyone and you see the results you're hoping for by months end :)

    Not much this week but not up. A total of 6.2 for the month which is probably an all time record for me, mainly caused by stress I'd think, when we didn't know what to do. Now in the UK, we are on total lock-down which is so many decisions taken for you there is almost no need to stress in an odd way. Also my son's restaurant is closed as part of this and we are storing the wine...........

    Slight loss of appetite due to nerves. Still, eating clean and fully resolved to stay well. We are also on lockdown here (Massachusetts.) Lots of garden work to get done since Spring is showing herself a bit more each day. When it’s raining, a lot of cleaning going on inside - as you can imagine. Also, knitting, books, news and movies, etc.

    As always, thoughts and prayers go out to everyone, your families, friends, coworkers et al.

    March was a bust for me. I used my vacation at the end of February and the pandemic in March as excuses to deviate from my keto routine.

    No fooling around! On April fool’s Day, I’m going back to 18/6 fasting/eating windows and being keto clean. Hope to see you all on the April monthly challenge.
