Awesome! I cannot wait to start. I know that when my heart rate gets to high I get dizzy, so I may start it but take breaks when needed. I cannot wait!!!!!!!!

The HRM is not just for the calories. Its to keep track of my heart so I dont "over do it" I have been conditioning my heart for the past 2 months. I have 3 babies to stay alive for. No need to have a heart attack while working out....

I am really excited! I started doing the nerd fitness angry bird work out to kinda get me ready, but as far as paleo... My daughter is severly allergic to dairy, eggs and all nuts, so if I did paleo... I would be missing 2 key staples. but, I still may give it a try and just fix 2 meals. one for the family and one for me.

I drink a glass of water play an online game take a bath clean house (ive become ocd lol) do laundry brush my teeth (this works btw, who wants to eat when its going to taste nasty, lol)

I always lose from my face, arms, and legs. I told my hubby the other day I looked like a cupcake on tooth picks. he laughed, but seriously... My tummy is what needs to go.... 3 kids back to back did a number on me.
