You look healthy and happy now, awesome! Thank you for sharing your story, as well. You're an inspiration!

Great job! They say that slower weight loss is more likely to stay off anyway. You're making progress, so I say continue with what you're doing!

Way to go! I'm also doing Shakeology, I love it! Before I skipped breakfast and now I can get something in me that is healthy and start my day off right. You look great & I can totally see a difference!

I'm 38, 5' 1 1/2" and at my highest weight of 162. Lowest adult weight was 117 at age 27. I feel best around 130.

Hi there! I'm on day 5. This is the second time I've done this. I found it to be a fantastic way to help your body detox itself, mostly of the evil processed crap we introduce to our insides daily. The clean way of eating makes me feel good, I sleep better & I'm mentally clear. Not to mention the last time I did this, I…

I'm getting back on the wagon too! I lost 11 pounds in January, took a new job March 1 & gained back 6. I went completely overboard on fast food & sweets (I don't even really like sweets???). I would love to loose 9.4 pounds by month's end to put me at 150, which I haven't seen for several years now.

Oh my...

I was over today & that red startled me! LOL

I second this, I usually weigh about 2 pounds more at night than I will the next morning. I go off my waking weight, after I use the restroom, with no clothes. Keep your circumstances as close as possible when you weigh in to see if you are truly gaining or loosing, and don't do it every day... you WILL fluctuate some.

My hubby and I are in this together too. We've decided 2014 is our year to get our sexy back! Well, he never really lost it, at 6' and a muscular 220...LOL Anyway, we've each lost about 10 pounds. I think he wants to loose another 20, and I would love to loose about 24 more. Great job everyone, what a bunch of HOT…

Wow! You look fantastic. Kudos to you for taking control of things while you are still young!

I ate chocolate & garlic bread, and drank wine & beer. Back on board now. LOL

I had a horrible Friday & Saturday... got back on the wagon today but I'm afraid to get on the scale. LOL

Your pens are beautiful! I am not to maintenance, but I enjoy making jewelry & I am learning the art of soldering. I'm looking forward to the day I feel confidant enough to open my own etsy store!
-
Nice job! I am about the same weight as you are right now... let's just say it doesn't look as good on a person 4" shorter than you. LOL Keep up the good work!
-
You look beautiful!!! Congrats on your well earned transformation.

Oops! Checking in a little late, but I'm here!!! I lost 9 pounds in January & hope to loose at least six in February. Let's do this!!!

I'm on my second round of 21DSD, which is pretty much low carb/paleo eating. I'm really enjoying it & the pounds are coming off. Feel free to add me!

Fantastic!

Fantastic!!! I'm about one month in (again). Down 10 pounds. Seeing the scale move is so motivating!!! Keep up the good work.

I'm doing the 21 DSD for the second time, which is also low carb. I lost 9 lbs in 3 weeks, took a week off & restarted on Monday. I'm back where I was at the end of my first 21 days. I started on Jan. 6th. Good luck to you & keep up the great work!!! Jaime

You look great! Even though you looked good before, I can certainly see a difference. Nice job!

60 pounds is a huge success! You are well on your way & you will get to where you need to be. Happy travels on your journey!!!
