My mini goal right now is 139. I got a little sidetracked last year and gained some weight back, currently at 147. My reward will be to get my belly button re-pierced. I had a tummy tuck in January 23 and have a new one now. LOL I'm exercising daily and eating low carb.

This is so me! I can't tell you how many times while cooking dinner I go to take a sip of wine... and there isn't any! LOL Today's go-to snack was turkey deli meat rolled up with a pickle spear and a little cream cheese.

I'm following a low carb diet right now. I've had great success in the past. For me, this means lean meats, eggs, fiber rich veggies, healthy oils, high fiber veggies, a little cheese & the like. I'm the same height as you and started around 170. I have been maintaining around 153-154 for a year now (Yay me!), I'm getting back on that wagon and hope to be posting some success pictures of myself some day soon!!! You look amazing!

Cut out the majority of white carbs (with an indulgence here and there), upped my veggie intake. Down 16 pounds since August. :smiley:

I have been stuck in the 160's for over a year! On a whim today I stepped on and was blown away at 157.4. Eeek!!! On to the 140's. Seeing that number certainly has lit a fire under me!

This morning was a tropical strawberry Shakeology smoothie w/ a handful of almonds. Tomorrow is looking like fresh juice w/ all the leftover chopped veggies from dinner & a couple scrambled eggs. :)

Wow, you've already got some great ideas! I see all the ingredients for a lovely pico-de-gallo. Potatoes, squashes, zucchini, etc. freeze well. Chop and freeze for later use in your soups, casseroles, omelets, etc.
