Don't forget to increase your sodium intake once you lower carbs. Most find they need at least 3000-5000 mg of sodium a day to avoid the low electrolyte (Keto) flu.
For reference, 2300 mg sodium = 1 tsp salt.
Good luck!3 -

There's a ton of info on it out there. What specifically are you having trouble finding? I've delved deep into it before. The base of 40 is 3 x 10 net carb meals, and 2 x 5g net carb snacks. 15g of those from veggies, 0 from protein, 0 from fats, and 25g of that from other sources.
Here's a page on it.

Here's a quick image chart of 40.

Restarting here too. Spiraled out of control after losing my husband, but trying to regroup. I can use some new friends as many of the ones I had before are no longer active. Feel free to add me.3

Hi Debbie, I am starting low carb as well due to doctors orders. Nothing crazy, just avoiding anything with icing and that comes from the bakery...0

I've been doing low carb since June. Have lost 45 lbs and going for 20 more (10 puts me at normal BMI). Good luck everyone! You CAN do it!3

Click on the name and then click on the picture. When you get there click on the little icon to the right. Then fill out the information required. I like to tell people where I have seen them.0

Re-started keto on the 2nd after going off the rails and gaining everything that I lost a few years ago plus about 30 pounds. Highest weight that I have ever been at 290 before Christmas. Feel free to add me, I do not do ultra strict keto, for example I do use sucralose and eat peanuts if I want to.1

I am restarting Keto as well. I lost about 60lbs about 3 years ago and unfortunately bad habits, depression, etc it all came back. I’m starting pretty much back at my original starting weight. But feel pretty motivated as I also just recently quit smoking (again) and have made it 33 days. Now time to lose this weight and start feeling how great I felt before.2
